This is critically important in these interesting times that we are experiencing. I am finding that realationships come under strain and also some self limiting behaviours start to creep in, unnoticed. Are you finding this at a personal level or a business level? Many people are and it is vital to consider what can be done.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly Carl Jung said:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEverything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0So perhaps some questions to ask that will give you that focus.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>How am I getting on with my colleagues at the moment?<\/li>\n<li>Am I valuing what they do and letting them know?<\/li>\n<li>Am I being valued for what I do?<\/li>\n<li>Am I questioning my ability and if so, why?<\/li>\n<li>Are we all very serious and the laughter levels have reduced?<\/li>\n<li>What impact is my behavior having on those people I care about away from work?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Just take a few minutes with that cup of coffee to ask yourself these questions.
