I love Insights Discovery! It is such a brilliant profiling tool to help people make a major step in their own development, their team development and enhance the performance of their business too.
I have recently been working with some new clients and it is brilliant to see the way they adopt the insights they gain into the own management development. It helps them create an ‘edge’ in what they do that can help with their competitive advantage.
One of my roles is the marking of the paper that aspirational licensed practitioners must complete, and pass, before they can practice and provide profiles. It is so inspiring marking papers when they have ‘got it’. I can sense the excitement of their new knowledge and when I debrief anyone it is wonderful to hear the language that we use being voiced in a way that I know will make a difference to their clients. Making a difference that I can see in my clients too.
I have also noticed that it really does help them gain confidence as a person. Insights Discovery is based on the works of Carl Jung, which are still revealing their power long after he died. I have tried and used many other instruments but for the type of work I do where I want to make a significant and deep impact nothing else seems to have the power, depth and
dare I say insight.
